Typically, the tech giant has habitually released updates on Tuesdays.

Now both these updates are available for Apple and Android users; we can compare the Google Android 8.2 Oreo and Apple iOS 11.1.2 features side by side. Apart from this, the update also brings faster 7.5W wireless charging support for iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X through Qi-based wireless charging pads.

Users facing the bug problem is highly recommended to get the iOS 11.2 as soon as possible.

iOS 11.2 was actually rolled out last week, but the signature feature wasn't yet activated. This is a little bit faster than the standard 5w plug-in charger included in the box. The update for iPhone carries features like improved stock apps which include Notes and Mail, markup tools, additional files applications, etc.

In addition to fixing the date bug, iOS 11.2 starts the rollout of Apple Pay Cash. Your friend is instantly notified of the charge from within the Messages app, and the funds are transferred from their Apple Pay Cash Card - which is a fancy name for something that's essentially just the Apple version of your Venmo Balance - to yours.

iOS 11.2 also includes new live wallpapers and pop-ups that explain the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth buttons in the new Control Center.

That money can then be transferred to the bank or kept on the device as a gift card, where it can be spent anywhere that accepts Apple Pay.

You can update your phone by navigating to Settings General Update. If this is not done than the update might end up causing more problems than it is created to solve.

The biggest highlights of iOS 11.2 is the introduction of Apple Pay Cash that will allow you to send and receive money from friends and family using Apple Pay in iMessage.
