Las Vegas police are still searching for a man who robbed the Bellagio poker room cashier cage at gunpoint Tuesday afternoon. "We're following those leads", said Capt. John Pelletier of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police. The suspect was able to get away, and no one was injured.

He said the robber committed the crime alone, but also said another person accompanied him in a auto. A man, who police said appeared to be held against his will, remained in the vehicle during the robbery. He left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Woods said few people noticed a robbery was underway, a fact he credited the casino staff with.

Poker aficionado and not-retired actor James Woods was playing poker at the Bellagio at the time and was impressed with how everything was handled.

He added that the staff of the Bellagio "were fantastic".

He was armed with a handgun and wore a mask, police said. They surrendered the money quietly, so no customers would get hurt. Officers later described the robber as a white man between 30 and 40 years old, standing between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 160 to 170 pounds.

"We are working with Metro as they investigate this incident", Bellagio owner MGM Resorts International said. Nobody even realized it was happening.
