IPhone X Owners Experiencing Crackling Audio

Some iPhone X users report a mysterious green line appearing on their screens Apple admits iPhone X freezes in cold weather; Promises fix through software update

Kuo believes that all three of these new handsets will follow in the same form factor as the iPhone X, with an edge-to-edge, notched screen design. That was around the same time which Kuo reported that Apple will get rid of the home button and Touch ID, replacing it with Face ID, for all iPhones arriving in 2018. While no one has an idea on how the iPhone X can go even bigger, a visualized render of the iPhone X Plus has surfaced recently.

The iPhone X is the first iPhone from the Cupertino-based company to feature an OLED display. So, the iPhone X Plus screen will be a full inch larger than Apple's current largest screen.

You've probably heard that as of this past weekend, the iPhone X is now in the hands of a few consumers, with several more en route between now and the holidays. What exactly is going to be that price, we will get to know in the future. And that drop sets new records for fix costs as well. For now, KGI Securities predicts that the LCD model will cost between $649 and $749. The new TFT-LCD model will differ significantly from the OLED models in hardware and design specs (for instance, the PPI will be lower). The issue was noted a little while after the iPhone X was purchased and not right out of the box.

A lot can change between now and the likely September 2018 reveal of the new iPhones, but the predictions may not be too far off given how many people have opted for the upgraded and more expensive iPhone X. Apple has not yet confirmed an issue, however owners are reporting their phones are being replaced at Apple stores for free.

The iPhone X comes with a double speaker front-facing earpiece which combines with the speakers at the bottom of the device to deliver stereo sound.

The line appears from nowhere on devices that had previously been working normally.

Apple has denied reports that it lowered its requirements for the sensors, projector array and cameras used in its Face ID camera in order to speed up iPhone X production.
