Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are the proud parents of a baby girl.

The baby, a girl, has been named Alana Martina.

Cristiano Ronaldo has taken to Instagram to announce the latest addition to his family.

The Portugal captain reported that both baby and mother were "doing great" in a post on Instagram that showed Ronaldo and eldest son Cristiano Jr posing alongside Rodriguez.

Earlier this year, he welcomed twins Eva Maria and Mateo from a surrogate mother.

Ronaldo and his girlfriend had revealed the name of Alana Martina earlier this year.

Cristiano Ronaldo's fourth child came to the world on Sunday night (12/11), with the Portuguese sharing a photo on social media from inside the hospital.

The footie star explained each of them choose one name - describing it as "beautiful".

Speaking about life as a father last week, Ronaldo said: "Being a father is a unique and personal journey, something that has changed me completely".

He said: "It's taught me things about love that I never knew existed. They've brought a lot of happiness and joy to my life".
