The latest software update includes bug fixes and improvements including a fix for the notorious "i" autocorrect bug that resulted in a? and A character appearing.

An update to Apple Pay that lets users send money to one another through iMessage will not be available to United Kingdom residents. Yet.

Last Friday, a few days after iOS 11.1 was released to millions of iPhone users, a very odd bug started popping up.

It's essentially what was promised when Apple first announced the idea this past June: iOS users can text money to each other. You can finally say goodbye to that stupid autocorrect bug switching out the letter "i" for all manner of gibberish.

The update, iOS 11.1.1, comes 10 days after Apple issued version 11.1.

Apple released an iOS update on Thursday that fixed an infamous keyboard auto-correct issue.

We're still waiting to see whether iCloud syncing for iMessages will arrive in iOS 11.2 also. The issue did not affect everyone, but many people reported the problem on social media. However, the highlight of the public beta 2 is the Apple Pay Cash feature. It will send money from the bank cards linked to a user's Apple Pay account. The device then pulls up Apple Pay as a suggestion where it usually predicts the next word.

The source of funding is any debit or credit card already set up in Apple Pay.
