And in "Call It What You Want", Swift appears to reference those lyrics: "You don't need to save me ..."

LOS ANGELES-Taylor Swift reassures everyone that she's doing just fine now that she is going steady with her boyfriend Joe Alwyn, and says so in her brand new song "Call It What You Want". Yes, among all the "I Heart TS" crop tops, snake rings, and "Rep Rep Rep" sweatshirts is a scarlet cropped turtleneck sweater with a V-shaped cutout on the front, below the high neck, which has a black and white patch attached with "Rep" written in her go-to newspaper-y font.

This is the fourth song from the album to be released following "Look What You Made Me Do", "Ready for It", and "Gorgeous".

"Gorgeous" has fared slightly better - it's sitting at #9 at the time of writing.

"My Baby's fly like a jet stream/ high above the whole scene/ Loves me like I'm brand new so call me what you want, yeah", the Grammy victor belts out.

Twitterers couldn't help but notice the parallels between the "Love Story" lyrics and the ones Swift previewed from 'Call It What You Want'.

Others were quick to comment on the contrast between the tone of this Tay song and some of her past hits. Swift teased the song's release on her social media Thursday with a snippet of the lyrics, sending all of her fans into yet another tailspin. Believe it, she's one weepy fan among many. "All the liars are calling me one", Swift sings in the first verse of the song.
