Kate joined husband Prince William and brother-in-law Prince Harry to host a reception at Buckingham Palace recognising mental health workers.

Kate Middleton made her first appearance since announcing her third pregnancy in September.

One of their initiatives that's close to the duchess' heart is Heads Together, a mental health campaign whose aim is to challenge mental health stigma and change how it is perceived.

At the time of Kate's pregnancy announcement, it was reported she was 11 weeks gone, which would mean she is around the 15-week mark today.

The Duke and Duchess and Prince Harry met leading figures in the mental health sector at the reception, including Mind president and comic Stephen Fry.

William, Kate and Harry have supported the mental health cause with their Heads Together campaign encouraging people to speak out about their psychological problems or be a sympathetic ear for others.

She's been battling severe morning sickness.

Kate has taken six weeks off royal duties after being struck down with the same severe strand of morning sickness that she suffered while pregnant with Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, 2.

She was too ill to take her eldest child George to his first day at school last month and her last public appearance had come at the end of August when she joined William and Harry on a visit to a public garden at Kensington Palace dedicated to their late mother Princess Diana.

Rumors were yet in the british press about her possible pregnancy, particularly because the sister of the duchess of Cambridge has closed the beginning of September his company PXM Enter-prises, it was founded four years ago, and who were yet very high profits. But her health is most important and it's good to see that Middleton's condition is improving. The blue lace midi design with stylish tie neck and sleeves just skimmed her small bump, giving us the first glimpse of a pregnancy.
