Heather Locklear All Clear In Car Crash ... Cops Wrap Investigation

Locklear suffered minor injuries in the single auto wreck in Thousand Oaks, California, on Thursday, September 14, just before 6:00 p.m. Police did not reveal what led to the accident, but do not believe drugs and alcohol were involved.

The 55-year-old was taken to a local hospital with only minor injuries.

She was hospitalized in January of 2012 for allegedly ingesting prescription drugs with alcohol. The speed limit on the road where Locklear crashed is 25-25 miles per hour, police confirmed, but they did not say whether Locklear was speeding at the time of her accident.

Lockyear was previously arrested in California in 2008 on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Locklear's Instagram post was the first time she has spoken out since being involved in the crash.

Locklear is famous for her TV shows "Dynasty", "T.J".
