He was cited for intent to supply because of the large amount of marijuana found at the address, reports said citing law enforcement.

According to the police report, Randolph was arrested at 11 p.m. PT and booked at 4:23 a.m. Thursday morning.

In fact, according to the LA County Sherriff's Department Inmate Information page that TMZ Sports obtained, Randolph was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, which is still a felony in California. After attempting to disperse the crowd, the disturbance escalated. Five LAPD patrol cars and one sheriff's department vehicle were vandalized, according to officials.

After men in the gathering were seen allegedly reaching towards their waistbands and then running, the officers made arrests, including Randolph.

CBS 2 reports that Randolph and another man were arrested after police were confronted by a mob outside of a housing project.

It is unclear whether Randolph has been released or not. In 2010, he was linked to a police investigation in Indianapolis after a vehicle registered in his name was found in a suspected drug house.

Randolph's agent and lawyer, Raymond Brothers, told ESPN that the charges are false and misleading. He had played eight previous seasons with the Grizzlies of Memphis.

Nicknamed "Z-Bo", he spent six seasons in Portland before getting traded to the New York Knicks.

Randolph, who signed a two-year $24 million deal with the Kings this offseason, has a long history of legal issues and was suspended two games by the National Basketball Association in 2009 following an arrest for suspicion of drunken driving.
