" followed by something like: "Alexa, order a Bose Soundlink III". Once the order is confirmed, customers immediately have access to all Prime benefits as well as the ability to participate in Prime Day and the two-hour Alexa exclusive shopping window. You'll need an Amazon speaker, and it just so happens that there's a one-day sale that's flawless for anyone who hasn't already hopped on the Alexa bandwagon. Eastern Time on July 10. "Amazon's thinking with this promo is if a customer sees the ease of voice ordering once, then they are much more likely to do it again".

Save $7 on Wemo Mini smart plug - say, "Alexa, order Wemo Mini Smart Plug".

Save 35% on Haribo Gummi Bear 12-pack - say, "Alexa, order Haribo Gummi Bears". All you need to do is tell Alexa to order you anything you want from the offered deals.

One thing that you don't get when shopping by voice is the ability to compare products next to each other. The company even broke its single-day sales record during Prime Day past year.

Try using an Alexa device to find your products.

Prime Day's mid-July date was no accident - hooking customers as Prime members in midsummer makes it easier for them to turn to Amazon for back-to-school and holiday shopping, Misso said.
