Striker Diego Costa recently claimed Conte had sent him a text message that he was not part of his future plans and could leave this summer.

It's claimed that at the heart of Conte's alleged frustration is an absent of support in the transfer market. He is also said to have requested improved financial terms.

It was widely reported that Conte was frustrated with the lack of investment in the transfer market. He is expected to be joined in London by his wife Elisabetta and daughter Vittoria before the new season.
