Keshia Knight Pulliam still milking Cosby trial for publicity

In the civil deposition, Cosby admitted that he had previously obtained prescriptions for Quaaludes, a powerful sedative, with the intention of giving the drugs to women with whom he wanted to have sex.

Constand, a 44-year-old Canadian massage therapist and former employee of the Temple University women's basketball program, has alleged that Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 2004 at his Cheltenham mansion.

Cosby is charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault.

With jury deliberations continuing Wednesday in Pennsylvania, Pulliam appeared on "Today" to explain why she publicly supported Cosby at his trial and reveal how she'll feel if the verdict comes in as "Guilty".

It should be noted that the jury selected for this trial was chosen from a pool of potential jurors in Allegheny County near Pittsburgh, completely across the state from the county in which the case was tried. "That does not mean that a verdict that takes several days will be a good thing for him, but if the jury takes time deliberating that means they are discussing reasonable doubt and if they can believe the complainant".

Jurors have asked four questions during their time in going over the case.

Jurors asked for testimony about a detective's interview with Cosby in early 2005.

Prosecutors called 12 witnesses over a week of testimony, but presented nearly no forensic evidence. Agrusa pressed Constand about her inconsistent statements to police: she first said the assault took place at Cosby's house after a dinner at a restaurant with some high school students in March 2004. Bill Cosby, left, accompanied by Andrew Wyatt, walks to the courtroom for his sexual assault trial at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pa. She regained consciousness as Mr. Cosby was sexually assaulting her, she said. Each carries a maximum 10-year term, though the counts could be merged at sentencing if he is convicted. His admissions in that deposition led Montgomery County prosecutors to file charges against him. "The testimony of the defendant may be used to assess the defendant's intent or motive and plan where the prosecution's theory is that the defendant operates according to a certain pattern", she said. But he said he'd let the jurors work as long as they wanted.

Nationally known jury expert Melissa Gomez, author of Jury Trials Outside In, says, "First, they could be very carefully reviewing the evidence to assure they feel that they have made the right decision".

Defense attorneys argued that the sexual contact was part of a consenting relationship between Cosby and Constand. But, he said, that scenario does not describe the Cosby case, which instead is "he-said-she-said".

The Associated Press does not typically identify people who say they are victims of sexual assault unless they grant permission, which Constand has done.

Cosby, sitting at the defense table, let out a giant yawn before the court reporter launched into the reading.
