KENDALL Jenner has put the recent drama surrounding her controversial Pepsi advert behind her as she focused on letting her hair down at Coachella.

The focus, of course, was that now infamous, now-deleted protest-themed commercial featuring Kendall Jenner.

Jenner's youngest sister, Kylie, was also at the show, still sporting the "highlighter" locks she debuted earlier in the day at the PrettyLittleThing x PAPER Magazine Pretty Little Playground party.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star is said to be devastated after some members of the general public slammed the commercial for undermining the Black Lives Matter movement.

He tweeted: "Don't blame @KendallJenner for that spot".

New reports claim the model is taking on handfuls of media chats but won't cave into discussing her now-infamous pulled Pepsi advertisement. Jenner is 21-years-old. She's not a child.

The fashion bible made a decision to review the 21-year-old model and her 19-year-old sister's designs for their clothing range Kendall + Kylie, but Kendall admitted she was apprehensive about what Vogue's editors would say about it. "It's very upsetting for her, she never meant for any of this to happen".

The advert was pulled on Wednesday 5 April - after being live for just a few hours - following intense criticism online. "This is the first controversial campaign she has been involved with", the source continues.

In its statement upon pulling the commercial, Pepsi said it 'was trying to project a global message of unity, peace and understanding.

"Even though she had nothing to do with the production and the message of the campaign, she will be blamed for this since she is the face".

Pepsi apologized for its universally panned ad, admitting that it "missed the mark", and was remorseful to Jenner.
