Surprise Nintendo Direct Coming on April 12

Upcoming Nintendo Direct to Address Arms and Splatoon 2 1 Nintendo Direct On April 12 Focuses On ARMS, Splatoon 2
Garry Little | 12 April, 2017, 02:29

The two new exclusive that the Nintendo is about to unveil are Splatoon 2 and ARMS.

Nintendo took to Twitter to bring us a specific date for when we can expect more Switch game details. It's a big ask from a company with a less-than-stellar reputation for online services, but on the off-chance that Nintendo gets everything right, Splatoon 2 could be the next big thing.

It's not all that surprising to hear Switch's limited hardware performance is turning away some developers.

Hopefully, Nintendo will provide us with an explanation soon. Per a press release regarding the stream, it will also cover general "information about upcoming Nintendo Switch and Nintendo 3DS games", so you never know what else might be in store.

We'll likely find out on April 12th, though there could be some surprises in store. Although that particular exploit was only used to show that it could be done and to look at the Switch's operating system code, the new bug bounty should help Nintendo to identify where and how more malicious exploits can be unleashed.

First up is Mr.

Arms was unveiled at the Switch reveal event in January but we haven't seen a great deal of footage since then.

"Shift through bullets, and master lightning-fast takedowns in an all new kind of action game from tinyBuild and Team Shifty! Mr. Shifty follows a teleportation-fueled heist to break into the world's most secure facility".

I hope Nintendo discusses its plans for future Switch games because I'm actually dying from the lack of quality titles.

The New Ultra Street Fighter 2: The Final Challenger offers new host for game's controls, multiple new game modes, online play options and it also features Lite Controls for the newcomer gamers.
